IE is a lovely complex and so convenient if you work in downtown SP or for events/restaurants etc. But the building seems to be really showing signs of wear, though its only a few years old. The wall seams are pushing through or pulling apart (linear cracks the entire length of the wall) and the concrete in the stairwells seems degraded in some areas. Seems odd after just a few years.
And personally, I like street and city noise—its part of the living downtown experience. But if you are... sensitive to that, would not recommend this complex. There have been construction, roadwork and projects going on for the past 1-2 years in this area and no sign of completion any time soon. I notice there is a lot of turnover in the building since that started.

Living at Irvine Exchange has been an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, from great restaurants and shopping to parks and entertainment. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts I could ask for.

Irvine Exchange is a well maintained community that is located in an area with access to events, walking/exercise trails, and downtown Saint Paul while being located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
