We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees... - Move-in: application fee - $35 per applicant, deposit - $300, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility Service Fee- $3.50. Criminals

Stole $300 from me without my authorization. Staff has extremely poor communication and interpersonal skills. Never worked with a rental company up until now who won't allow an applicant to apply for an apartment without first making them commit to a deposit immediately upon approval, especially without ensuring that they are clearly aware of this. Their tactics are predatory, disgusting, and criminal.

Good stuff

MacLaren Hill is such a good location for me and my family. It's well maintained and the staff is on top of everything. I like the upgrades they made upon our move in. It's spacious and reasonably-priced. I could see my family and I living here for a while.

Apartment life

I have lived in many different apartment complex's. I have to say MacLaren Hill is hands down my favorite place to live. Everything is up to date, it's quiet and everyone is super friendly. Plus the location is amazing. It's close to everything! I would recommend this property to everyone!
