Walking distance to stores (Walgreens, Candyland, Bookstores, etc), restaurants, banks (Wells Fargo, US Bank, etc), bars, easy... access to skyway for more retail stores, etc. Our studios start out at just $850 for the monthly rate and one-bedrooms start at $1,100, all utilities included except electric and internet, and there are laundry rooms located on every floor. See below for our qualifications: $40 nonrefundable application fee. Rental history, credit, criminal background, and current employer check. Two times the amount of income. I've been a renter my entire adult life, and I can confidently say that Katie Cochran is the best property manager I have ever had. I’ve lived at Seventh Place Apartments for two years, and my experience has been outstanding.
Katie’s background as a caregiver truly shines through in her work. She genuinely cares about the residents, going above and beyond to ensure the building is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming. She is always responsive, professional, and kind—handling any concerns... quickly and efficiently.
The location is great, and the rent is very affordable, making this a fantastic place to live. It’s rare to find a property manager who combines expertise with such a personal touch, but Katie does it effortlessly.

Great location and new owners
All you need in walking distance! Remodeled apartments, new carpet throughout building new management is great maintenance responses within a day and very polite! Highly recommend!
