Rat infested housing / Poor management
550 View St, St. Paul, MN 55102
This is the worst place I have lived in MN. Poorly managed, very thin walls, noses caretaker who polices the property 24/7. Resident turnover is within 3-6 months and don’t ask for your deposit, because they will lie so you don’t receive to. Take my word and pray before considering this property.

1st Apartment is AWESOME !
My fiance and I wanted to move into our first apartment together and we came upon this apartment on View Street off of West 7th. The neighborhood is very quiet and amazing to live in. Also, the people that we have met in the apartment is very nice and the owners are very kind too. They have a very good deal and worked really well with us when it came to us being first timers and also having bad credit. Give these people a try, they are the most awesome owners in the world and we wouldn't have it... any other way.
