The management team ( River & Maren ) are the best. They have been really helpful during my search
( Apartment search ). I can’t thank them enough. River made sure my move in experience was as smooth as possible. He was professional , friendly and even scheduled me a tour I asked the last minute. Thanks again for all your help !!

Shakopee has really grown over the past 3 years living in the area from adding some great new parks and restaurants. Living here has allowed me to experience these new offerings in a safe and peaceful place with never even hearing my neighbors.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Arasan Apartments! From the start, the management team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions I’ve had. The property is very well maintained—common areas are kept clean, landscaping is beautiful, and everything feels safe and welcoming

Arasan is nice community. Well insulated apartments without many noise issues. Great management and maintenance to help with any issues you may have. Easy access to nearby highway 169 along with Hyvee and gas.
