DO MOT SKIP .The first night we moved in there was roaches. They came in. They sprayed three times since that and there was still a roach issue. Obviously there is a structural issue that is allowing roaches to get into the building. On top of that the system that you use to get into the building does not always work and they do not consistently put up signs when the system is down so you may walk to a door thinking that you’re going to be able to get in and all of a sudden you cannot. My experience with Proper West Apartments has been deeply disappointing and upsetting. Not only is their customer service consistently unhelpful and dismissive, but the management has shown a disturbing lack of respect and professionalism. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, and the staff treats tenants with indifference or outright rudeness. Most shockingly, during a recent incident, personal belongings were mishandled, and a kitab of the Quran was found damaged and discarded, which is... incredibly disrespectful and offensive. I love my new apartment! The staff is great! Awesome community!

It is not a perfect place but It does have a good combination of price and service.

The office has been very helpful as this was my first time renting on my own, very patient with me and all of the questions I had, apartment is spacious and lots of storage space. So far I am very impressed with West Stonehill.
