Awesome Place to Live!

Crossroads at Elm Creek is an awesome place to live. I've lived on first floor since July 2022 and it truly is comfortable and quiet. The management takes pride in keeping the place clean and caring for the residents. I've always felt safe and secure. If there is an issue, which there was only 1 during my time, and management dealt with it timely. They communicate with residents so you are informed of anything happening at your home. The location and proximity to restaurants and major highways... is so convenient. How can you beat a 60 degree garage to drive out of during a snow storm? I would highly recommend it to family and friends!

I was not looking forward to living in an apartment in-between houses, but I LOVE it here! The atmosphere and neighbors are friendly. Everything is clean and well-kept. Staff is very responsive and friendly. It is very quiet - we rarely hear noises from neighbors, even though there are many pets and small children here! It is great being so close to Elm Creek Park and shopping, restaurants, & services on Maple Grove Pkwy.

I love living here! The features make my unit look modern, and its unique to find a studio with such a large kitchen and the bedroom area somewhat separate-HUGE plus! I love the community events, and the amount of available parking so I can have guests visit. Heating underground parking in the MN winter has definitely been a great perk!
