Wouldn't Want to Live Anywhere Else!
I have lived here over a year and have been so happy during my stay. The apartment is spacious and cute, the community is friendly, and the management is great. I will be here for a long time!

Great value
I’ve been living here about 6 months and have really enjoyed it! It’s a great value for the cost of rent. I rent a 2 bed garden style and really enjoy the amount of storage the unit has including the storage unit in the basement! Great location as well!

Great Place to live
Great place to live. The area is great, the grounds are expertly maintained and the office staff is very responsive and professional. It is just the right amount of space for me and my little fam! I have been here for almost 10 years and plan to stay even longer!

Beware
Great location. However, the buildings are old. Take apartment several complaints on some issues to get resolution. Appliance are old. Dishwasher is rusty. High pressure tactics to get you to renew lease.

A hidden gem in West County!
I absolutely love living here! Woodsmill Park Apartments are a beautifully maintained property with phenomenal office staff.
This property is perfectly tucked away in west county with immediate access to I40/Rte. 141 and easy access to many shopping centers and schools.
The office staff are professional, prompt and happy to hear from you. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and the members of the community are friendly yet quiet.
I don’t plan on moving any time soon!
