HARD NO.
Our 2 bd, 2 bathroom unit had zero hot water the entire month of January including the showeres, washer, kitchen and dishwasher. The month of Feb only one hot shower and the rest remained ice cold. Management did not provide any other options for accomodations and refused any type of credit towards rent. We are having to pursue legal action. I would not recommend living here in Clayton. The A/C was also out in the middle of the summer related to these saem water issues they seem to keep having.... Luxury costs with sub par management and not focused on resident care. Knowing these are building issues they did not provide the expert support to the maintenance that is required on commercial levels and the problems have escalated. Down the hall we've seen flooded hallways at least 3 times in the last month as well.
