Just moved in, very impressed
So far so good. I moved in about 2 weeks ago and have been very happy. I sold my house in an effort to downsize. It will take time getting used to being in an apartment, but Legends management has made it easier. I had an issue with an appliance and they were quick to resolve it. I'm very happy with my choice.

Great Community
The Legends Apartment is such a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for 2 years now and never have any issues. Maintenance is always so quick to respond to any issues you may have and keep the grounds well maintained! The ladies in the office are always so welcoming and make you feel right at home. They also host fun things through out the year! Examples: paint parties, trunk or treats for the kiddos, they even host a end of the year pool party that's catered with delicious food of their... choosing and have a one man band with amazing music. It is definitely a family friendly community and I'm proud to call this place my home!

Legend Terrace Apartments
My husband and I rented an apartment at Legends Terrace for eleven years. The grounds and the buildings are always very well maintained. Any maintenance issue we had was taken care of in 24 hours. Legends Terrace is a very quiet, friendly and safe place to live.

we loved living at Legends Terrace
The apartments are clean. The grounds are clean. The staff is professional and nice. Can't say enough about our neighbors (now our life-long friends). We are fortunate to have found this pleasant spot in Eureka to stay for 13 months while on the jobsite in Pacific. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
