Very nice place, clean and people friendly. I’d recommend living in this community

the two stars is for the look of the apartments they are very nice. But the main issue I have is with management she does nearly nothing to enforce the rules or contract on longer tenants. I have Had to endure dents and scratches on my vehicles do to unmonitored children. I live in the our rent adjacent to the stairs where neighbors do not care or respect fellow Neighbors and run up and down those stairs and if you put anything on the wall you better have stuck up there good not just hanging on... a screw or it will fall off. I have seen my ceiling fan actually move due to the vibration of people running up and down the stairs when Me asking the neighbors politely not to run up and down stairs fell on deaf ears. I then complained to the manager out of the nine months she only sent three Tumeric letters addressing about the stairs but sad that she would not enforce the order for the contract about making excessive noise that disturbs the piece that is guaranteed to that will be neighbors. So she flat out refuse to even threatened to boot out the ones that were running up and down the stair if they don't comply it wasn't every body it was running it start off as one apartment then two apartments. She also lied about not having previous noise complaints about the state of people running up and down. You know I made it very clear to her before moving in on multiple patients that we would not tolerate such a waste because it would be excessive. So when I tracked down the previous went rumors going back to three rivers they all stated that they have made multiple complaints to her about people running up and down the stairs about the children not being monitored out in the parking lot being that to roam free so she knows about this being a problem and yet there's nothing even though it is stated in our contract and in the rules booklet that these things are not happen. So my thing to you is if you can handle a lot of noise and don't care about kids going crazy not being monitored in your car being dinged and such by all means a good place to live. Lastly the electric around $100 per month and the water and sewer runs between $17-$28 at least for me. I hope you find this helpful. Read More
