Tenant must verify affordability by providing documentation, including paycheck stubs, bank account statements, tax returns, credit report, background and check and/or references from previous rentals, etc. Tenant pays the following utilities: electricity, gas, water. Pets are allowed but require an additional pet deposit of $250, and upfront pet fee of $250, and an ongoing monthly pet fee of $50 per month. Housing Choice Voucher is accepted.
