Cute place but all down hill after Javier left. Like others, I dealt with managers entering unannounced without even a knock. The large gaps between the doors and floor allow the scent of neighbors smoking weed to waft right into your apartment. I was charged an extra months rent following the termination of my 12 month lease which I was fortunately able to get back, but never received my security deposit upon moving out. The elevator typically works unless it’s the day you move out, then you... have to carry everything down four flights of stairs. Not to mention my locked box truck was stolen from right outside the apartment the night I moved in. Parking is a hassle and will only get worse with Mac properties building additional apartments in the area (someone hit my parked car while I was in it). As a cosigner on my son's apartment lease at the Alps Apartments, I found the property manager Angela to be extremely helpful and very patient with an elderly mom who is socially distanced. Del Properties is fortunate to have her working with them!

I want to preface with if I were able to give zero stars I would.
Do not be fooled by the lobby or office seeing that those are the only things that have been remodeled and refurbished. The apartments themselves are terrible, the water is undrinkable and full of rust making it brown and the pipes haven't been changed since the 1920s. You can forget about your deposit, by the way, they will find any and every excuse not to refund no matter how good you clean the apartment. homeless people roam... the halls and mold is smelled upon walking into the doors of the apartment building. The laundry machines were out of order often and the dryers never ACTUALLY dried the clothes. The elevator would tend to be so slow and breaks constantly. HIGHLEY UPSET AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
