Would never ever rent here again. Too many issues. Management doesn’t care and always puts the blame somewhere else rather than herself. They don’t care about the safety of residents. Car break ins, their answer, let’s switch door systems, well our car gate has been wide open for 1 full week and two of the building doors are completely wide unlocked and opened. Had main living room window leaking, flooding the space… what did they do, took them 4 weeks to have someone look at it and then 4... months for them to replace. 90% of residents do not resign here. Stay away

I have lived here since 2019, but would not recommend it to anyone. I started in one building and the ceiling would leak from the second floor. Minor repairs were made but nothing was solved. I started to feel sick and asked for mold testing repeatedly for a year and was denied. They finally agreed to test a year later, and we were told we needed to move out of our unit immediately. Most recently there have been multiple break-ins to cars in the private, paid garage. Apartment management has not... been transparent to residents and refuses to notify us honestly about this issue impacting our safety and property. Management will continue to cover up all the issues which are structural, health and safety issues. The units themselves are spacious for the price, but it is not worth the trouble to live here. The walls and ceilings are also paper thin and you will hear your neighbors from every direction.
