Not worth the price

The apartments are so inefficient. We keep our apartment on 67 degrees and paid $200 for our electric bill in December. December was mild weather, so I can only imagine what the bill will be in colder temps.

They do not call you back and are rude in messages when you ask them questions. They try to nickle and dime you and increase prices for everything once you start living here. My carpet has a huge sticky patch--which I didn't notice when I moved in because the entire floor was wet from… where they had tried to clean the carpet the hour before I moved in (the apartment was clearly not ready for move in). They lie about doing regular maintenance to the apartment/building. The actual unit is decent--but they are awful in every other way.

Great Complex with Caring Management

Nice apartments in a convenient location with a Dream Team in Management and all staff. Grounds are well kept with lovely seasonal flowers and it has easy special access to the parkway trails in back. The property Manager, Liberty, is compassionate, a great listener and has super resolution skills, besides being awesome at her job. Trevor is the kindest always smiling guy with great people skills. And Mike is the best head of maintenance who works very hard all hours to ensure issues are… quickly resolved. You can't go wrong choosing Eastland Trails for your new home.

First apartment and I'm so happy

Let's just start out by saying the staff is amazing, love them. There very helpful, and make ur day. The newly renovated apartment are very clean and modern and overall jyst amazing. Big rooms and closets, Highly satisfied

Awesome Staff

My fiancé and I just finished the application process and I must say that the staff at Eastland trails has been absolutely terrific. We have done most of our work with Jaime, and let me tell you: she has been extremely helpful, kind, understanding, funny..... all of the above. She has been such a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who asks. She got us exactly the apartment we wanted, and we are more than excited to move in this summer after our wedding!

Our First Apartment

Eastland Trails is truly a hidden gem. This place is great in location, has beautiful floor-plans to chose from, amenities that really give you that luxury-style feel and the absolute most friendliest staff I have ever met! You honestly cannot find a better place to call home. My fiance and I are getting married this summer and from the moment we walked into Eastland, we knew this was where we wanted to live. Jaime, Heather and all of the other staff members truly have your best interest and… really know how to make you feel right at home! We are anxiously awaiting to move-in and are so thankful for to have found Eastland Trails. :)
