Nice little community
I really like the New Longview area. Its slightly tucked away from the rest of lees summit and is mostly a pretty quiet area with a few restaurants in the area. A short drive away is the rest of the city as well as KC proper. They put on events every couple of weeks and often have food trucks in the parking lot

I love it! And I highly recommend it!
So if you’re looking for a place to stay in Lee’s summit/ Kansas City Area, you got it, the amenities are great, staff is amazing and apartments are very comfortable: nice finishes, clean, lots of light!

Amazing staff!!
I have lived at Residences for years and so does my son and his wife in a different unit. It makes things very convenient having my family close. Maintenance and office go above and beyond for anything I ask. They have helped me with my internet issues and they are not even my cable company. I won't be moving anytime soon.
