I cannot begin to describe how wonderful it is to reside in such a well-maintained and welcoming community. The staff here at Bicycle Club are unmatched. Jennifer, Mitzy, and Bri are all so sweet and helpful. They always take care of whatever I need and they are quick about it too. Maintenance staff is exceptional as well! Our air conditioning went out and I called at 8 pm and the maintenance guy (didn't catch his name) showed up 10 minutes later to fix it. He offered to get us window units until he could work on the outdoor unit the next day. They came back the morning after and fixed it for us, and... they were so nice the whole time. I've read some of these reviews about maintenance never fixing their issues, those have got to be fake. I've never had a problem with Bicycle Club and I've been here for 2 years now. Ever since I moved here in July I have loved every minute! The management staff is extremely friendly and responsive, and helped my 15 hour move be a breeze. They even moved pre-bought furniture into my apartment so I wouldn't have to carry it up the stairs. The Maintenance staff comes within minutes of any problems - they fixed my door when the lock was busted, fixed my window screen, do routine checks to make sure everything is going smoothly & on top of all that they greet me with a smile... every single time I see them out. Other than the staff being extremely wonderful, the apartment is very homey. It's spacious enough that you don't feel trapped but not so big that it's overwhelming. As a single girl fresh out of college, wanting to live in a safe place for a decent price, I could not have asked for better. I liked the apartment itself, as it was quiet, near lots of shops and my neighbors were friendly. It is non-smoking. However, it is nearly impossible to get maintenance to fix things that cost you as a renter money- leaky sink, running toilet, partly-broken heater. Additionally, they will nickel and dime to ensure you owe them money at the end of your lease. Be aware that the cost of rent increases 30-60 a year, too.

I am in my 25th year of living at the Bicycle Club. While I have had a very few not so good experiences, overall I have been very happy here! Never even considered living anywhere else. Some managers have been better than others, but overall they have all been great! This current management staff of Mitzi, Kate and Jennifer are the absolute best! And, their maintenance group, led by Phil, whom I've known seemingly forever, have never failed to take care of my problems within hours.
