Greedy and selfish owners
I lived and was a good tenant who paid on time and was quiet only to have the previous manager ghost me when he tried to renew my lease and was told I had to pay the new rate for rent to get out of my lease. Not to mention the constant leaking that happened when it rained, the poor ventilation in the bathroom harboring all sorts of mold, and when I moved in had to live without a stove and fridge because they took their merry time getting the old out and the news ones in. Don’t live here unless... you want to stress about rain and dead mice in the hallway.
