DEAD OF WINTER. HEATER BROKEN. NO HEAT!!!!!! Not a priority. Maintenance told me to turn my oven on!!!!!!!!!

Cleaning Up and Convenient

I visited Charter Landing and noticed the clean up. It used to be the old Blue Hills Apts some years back and they were terrible. I met the new staff there and they are cleaning up the place one day at a time. While there is still activities that happen after the office is closed after 5:00 pm, it is nothing like it use to be. I think the apartments could use some renovation, but overall, they are not that bad and convenient to getting to for shopping, the Plaza, downtown, Raytown, and south... Kansas City, Missouri.
