Fountain View has been very welcoming to me, as I just moved in a few days ago. My apartment was clean and well maintained for me to move into. I love the amenities, easy parking, and complimentary coffee.

It’s nice and the location is good especially with the street car and I like the gym and the vending machine and the staff is nice. It’s a good place to live but it is a little expensive like all housing

The apartment is quite comfortable, and maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Even when my manager is not in the office, other managers are willing to help. It would be even better if the maintenance staff could coordinate the visit time with me in advance. Overall, I’m satisfied.

Fountain View on the Plaza is a great place to live! Great location, well kept grounds, great pool and gym. The leasing office is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance is always great.
