Plaza Club City Apartments

Management makes this place completely unlivable. They don’t answer phones, don’t respond to maintenance requests (even emergency requests at that), billing errors nearly every month. Half the amenities do not work (washers and driers broken half the time, gym equipment broken and incredibly lacking, sky deck and theater room nearly always locked). None of the mailboxes have working locks, so it’s a toss up whether or not your mail doesn’t get tampered with. Heat did not work all winter, where... some nights the unit temperature hit 55°. Have had multiple maintenance requests for months and they do absolutely nothing about it. Car broken into numerous times because they refuse to fix the gates to parking. Wonderful experience accommodating staff. The apartment was ready and just what we were looking for.

I am super happy with my choice to live here. I moved in when it was Icon on the Plaza, and the excitement and change the new property management has brought has been great, in my opinion.

Plaza Club is close to what's happening and it is SAFE! I am within walking distance to gas stations, coffee shops, parks, a museum, Westport, and, of course, all the Plaza restaurants and shops. Since I live alone, I love that there is always something going on around the plaza. The apartments themselves... are being renovated, and I could not be more excited! They are adding a sky park on the roof, a free office space, a new gym, and an entertainment room with a big TV (I am thinking game day parties!).

The location of this property is great! Literally is on the plaza. Great area with a lot to do! The office staff has been very helpful and friendly. So far so good!
