Property Manager is rarely on site, maintenance is very slow if available at all, hallways, hand railings, doorways haven’t been cleaned in almost a year, no vacuuming of hall or stairs carpets, entranceways/foyer have not been cleaned in months, mail is often misplaced, packages delivered by Fed X/UPS often left in unsecured mail room, water/sewer is billed through a company in Utah that doubles the actual city billing.
