Yes, they did change the policy to "No smoking",but refuse to enforce their new rule. I am currently living above a couple who chain smoke cigarettes inside their apartment. The smoke comes into my apartment through the ventalation and causes odor. I have never before been an allergy sufferer, but sonce the smokers moved in I have been suffering daily sneezing fits and an occasional cough. I have been asked by others if I have started smoking because my clothes absorb the smell. I have asked the... smokers if they would please smoke on their balcony instead of inside their apartment, but they refuse. I report the situation to the landlady. She says "They aren't really enforcing that rule yet". I don't know who "they" is. I do not want to move out because the rent is very low and the apartments and property grounds are very nice, but I don't think I can live in the smoke much longer.
