HORRIBLE living conditions/HIGH crime rate

Lived at The Embassy for 18 months. My vehicle was broken into 3 times, and my license plates were stolen once. Had a homeless man stab me with a knife because I wouldn't give him any money (this happened in the parking lot of the complex). Went without A/C for 2 weeks, and had to evacuate due to Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Took them 2 weeks to fix the HVAC and did not get "pro-rated" for those two weeks either. Cockroaches roam the hallways, but weren't that bad in my particular apartment. This... place is a dump. Don't let the exterior fool you.
