no stars for Jakes Crossing

I just think people should know that at Jakes Crossing in Oak Grove MO. the word of the property Manager meens nothing so just for your own protection make sure you alway get it in writing don't trust them to write it in you folder make sure you have it all signed agreement. They are not worth there word on any thing and they really don't care how long you live there
