Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, this cabin offers seclusion in nature while being a quick drive to a Back 40 Trailhead. It's removed enough to feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to easily access Bella Vista and Bentonville. Enjoy outdoor adventures with 20 minutes to Elk River floating access, 10 minutes to the Little Sugar or Bella Vista, AR, lake systems, 10 minutes to Back 40 trails, and 30 minutes to Downtown Bentonville with its amazing restaurant scene.
Guests have unrestricted access to the property, its ample amenities, and sprawling 2-acre landscape. Utilize the smart lock system for a seamless check-in process with a secure digital code. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a smoke-free home, and smoking inside will incur a charge for smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night of their stay. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee, and if more than 90 minutes late, a charge of either $250 or the full rate for another night will apply. Bathroom towels should not be used to clean bikes, and doing so will result in a replacement charge. All guests must be registered, and a check-in form confirming contact information and acknowledging the house rules must be completed before receiving check-in instructions.
