Metro on 5th

I’ve been living at metro for 7 months so far and I love it here. I’m not sure about the reviews saying it’s unsafe at night. I’ve never had any issues nor have any of my neighbors. I asked a few of them upon moving in. I have a townhouse and it’s beautiful and quiet. The grounds are kept nice and maintenance is quick to respond. I once had to call to have my door opened as it was frozen shut. He came literally 5 minutes later. It’s a very safe place. There have been a couple of times where I… accidentally left my door unlocked overnight while I went to work, nothing happened. My car has never been bothered and nor has any of my neighbor’s cars. if you love moldy walls, smelly carpet they refuse to clean, and having your car broken into regularly (sometimes even stolen!), then this is the place for you.

Management is a joke, the ‘clubhouse’ is unwelcoming, smoking is allowed so get used to it, a lot of crime and unsafe at night.

My daughter applied here and paid the 50 dollar application fee and the 400 dollar administrative fee which she was told would get back if denied. She was denied in less than half hour and after many calls they finally sent her 250 of the 400 administrative fee and again after many calls was told there was an error and they would send 150 check.
