Power outage
My power has gone out four times in the last 30 days with no resolution. I’ve lost two refrigerators worth of food. It shouldn’t take 24 hours or more to fix the power. And it also should be happening so often in such a short period of time. I ask for answers and you give the run around dodging responsibility instead of assisting your tenant. Very disappointing

We are sorry to hear about your experience. At this time, we do not have any records of reported electrical or power issues for your unit. If you are currently experiencing outages or electrical concerns, please contact the leasing office directly or... submit a maintenance work order so the issue can be investigated and addressed.
Regarding food loss, if items were damaged due to a loss of power, you would need to contact your renters insurance provider regarding possible reimbursement for those items.
We encourage residents to report maintenance concerns as soon as they occur so we can properly document and respond to them.
