There are pros and cons of living here, but overall, it’s not that bad. This is my first apartment. Pretty close to a great neighborhood and easily accessible.

Could be better
I was placed in a random apartment area due to the housing company’s own miss-scheduling. When I arrived a number of things were not as they should be. I have no hot water, I was missing 4 lightbulbs, the paint touch ups don’t even match the correct wall color. Pros are that the area is safe and quiet but other than that it’s utter disappointment.

overall fantastic living experience. the property is well managed and the community is clean. some maintenence requests take a while, but that is due to the amount of units on the property, i imagine.
