So far I love the area and I love how fast maintenance responds. However, I don't like how small the stove is and the fact that mine has been painted. Parking is hard at night and with me having long days it's a bummer. I enjoy how the property have events to engage with the tenants.

Renew Centennial has been an amazing place to call home so far. I’ve been here 6 months and I have no complaints. Maintenance is efficient, they host cute community gatherings and the area itself is nice.

Complex is very quiet and nice area. We are close to a lot of stores and food places which is very convenient. Leasing office is great with the different events to have for the resident.
