We love the Apt. However we don't appreciate all the dog hair in the hallway and stairs, and dog poop in front of our bldg. Otherwise things are pretty good.

Apartment complex is getting better but can do better with improving the property and providing more things to do for kids in the community. I also wish that they would improve the pool and make it bigger and also keep out people who do not live there!

Renew is a great community to live. Safety, cleanliness and resident issues are made priority. The laundry and parking situation can be a little frustrating at times but any issues I've brought up to management has been addressed.
