Incredible Staff & Amazing Student Living at VERVE STL!

VERVE STL has been the best student housing experience I could ask for! The apartments are modern, comfortable, and have everything you need as a student, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the moment I moved in, they’ve been incredibly welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Whether it’s helping with maintenance requests, answering questions, or planning fun community events, they… genuinely care about making VERVE the best place to live.

On top of that, the amenities are fantastic—great study spaces, a well-equipped gym, and a perfect location just minutes from SLU. If you're looking for student housing with a supportive and friendly community, VERVE STL is the place to be!

The Best Student Housing Near SLU!

Living at VERVE STL has been an amazing experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and spacious, with everything a student could need. The furniture is stylish, the kitchen is fully equipped, and having an in-unit washer and dryer is such a plus.

The amenities are what really make this place stand out—there’s a great gym, study rooms, and even fun social events that help you meet other residents. The staff is always friendly and quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests.

I love Verve!!

I lived in Verve during my senior year of college, and I could NOT be more thankful that I did. From the up-to-date appliances, to the hospitable staff, to the wonderful common areas, Verve has been my favorite place I’ve lived at in my four years of college.
