Management do not care about your concerns
Communication from management is nonexistent unless you reach out every time FIRST! Recently, I dealt with a missing package that was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the leasing office multiple times (emails, phone calls, and in-person visits) requesting help reviewing camera footage to determine what happened. I was told I would receive an update in two days it’s now been four I never received any follow-up What makes this more frustrating is that management is clearly able to... monitor and enforce other rules on the property (such as sending out prompt emails about policy violations such as using the pool deck), but is unresponsive when it comes to resident safety and property issues. This has turned into a week long process thank goodness it’s not something as serious in the package such as prescription medication.
