There's also an additional rear staircase with access to the 2nd floor that connects the back two bedrooms. Enjoy the large front patio to watch the neighborhood stroll by. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, while on different floors, are connected by an open staircase. There is complete visual privacy, but some noise can travel between these two rooms.
