Northpointe Village Apartments

This place is unbelievable. It is definitely North Jackson’s hidden secret. Staff is amazing. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Atmosphere is very cozy.

This feels like Jackson’s hidden secret! There is not a lot of activity in this community and no thru traffic so it’s peaceful. New owners/management seem to be doing a good job with upgrades and painting. The staff is so friendly and always happy to help when I have an issue. The floor plans are MASSIVE for the price. Definitely can’t go wrong with this place.

Living here has been an expensive headache . I am very upset and displeased with Management . I have had multiple issues with the property and management of Northpointe Village . We have had , mold contracting issues , pest issues, issues with the pipes and HVAC systems and a host of other problems. Instead of the issues being resolved, Michelle and Brandy both were unpleasant with me and calls were disconnected while I was i mid sentence. The town home is shifting and there is mold in the… furnace and vents. I have had to have multiple work orders put in to fix the garbage disposal.I was told that I should've had documentation instead of the landlord notifying corporate instead of just now emailing them. I should not have to piggy back of what should've been documented. The landlord told me that my issues would be resolved and to renew our lease and she would get a concession together as well as a complimentary carpet cleaning. Two weeks later, the landlord who was working at the property started when we first moved in and the two maintenance men that I called to discuss my issues with left the company .Instead of the management accommodating me properly with a feasible concession or to forfeit our lease without penalty ,fees, or kept deposits, I was told it was nothing that could be done and that I should have emailed them sooner when I had the issues instead of calling the office and speaking with the landlord. Stay away from this property! Here’s a list of things that have gone wrong at this apartment and townhome complex in the 7 months that I lived there before deciding enough was enough....

3 different property managers have transitioned into being on staff. There is absolutely no communication to residents. I found out every time when there was no response to emails and maintenance requests. I had walk in the office and there was always a new person “trying to catch up on so many things going… wrong.”

My apartment had rats. You could hear them burrowing in the walls and cabinets. Comepletely unacceptable. Managers lost rent payments to not only me but several other residents threatening eviction if we didn’t pay again. Thank God I had reciepts but for those who didn’t it didn’t seem as if they were willing to accommodate. Not to mention this is 4 months after the rent was paid that they said it was not on file.

No one is ever in the office or picks up the phone. It’s impossible to reach anyone in regards to anything. They reset gate codes without warning. Meaning you can get stuck outside or inside of the gate at any given time. Hopefully you’re not late for work like me being stuck inside the gate for 20 minutes at 6:30 in the morning.

Terrible experience. Right now I’m trying to contact someone about my security deposit that has yet to be refunded to me after 2 months. But imagine this... I can’t get anyone on the phone. The worst living experience of my life. Pool is always dirty. Hot tub never worked. This complex is terrible. I advise anyone seriously looking for a new living situation to stay away.
