DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE!!!

Would not recommend.
My heating system stopped working, and shortly after, my breaker box began to smoke, followed by a loud boom. With the cold weather, my children and I had to leave our home, and I ended up throwing out spoiled food. This situation nearly cost me my job due to the time I had to take off.

After the breakdown, a replacement part was finally ordered on Wednesday, and maintenance started work on it on the 11th day. Meanwhile, I'm still expected to pay the full rent, and it feels… like no one is taking my concerns seriously. I was also promised repairs for my bedroom and closet doors, which were damaged during the installation of the water heater, but I’ve been waiting for six months with no updates. I had cold water for 13 days.

Would not recommend

Horrible maintenance service and failure to properly fixture issues in apartment. Its frustrating to constantly be placated about issues that they never actual fix. I cant wait until my lease is up. I would not recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Jackson Area.

Horrible .

SIMPLY , do NOT move here . Do not . The management is poor , the maintenance is ever poorer . I lived there for about a year , and a half . During , that time the lady above me , had been there for a while , years basically . The apartments ceiling use to leak , until it finally fell in , because maintenance never came and fixed the leak . We put in 100 request , and never received assistance . We had to move out and before we left , one of neighbors said they were experiencing RATS , which I… could believe . DO NOT MOVE HERE . Simply .
