Do not move here!

If you are looking for a place to call home, this is not the apartment complex to move to! The property managers (whoever that might be) are all unprofessional, nothing is fixed in a timely manner, it’s always excuses as to why they could not come! I moved in my apartment in January, the apartment was not clean, it had bugs in it, I complained and nothing has still been done about it! Staying in an extended stay hotel would much rather be better than living here!

Avoid at all cost

Do not move here!!!! This is the worse apartment I have ever lived in. I have had issues with my account since month one. I signed a lease at an affordable rate with a $99 move-in special. Two weeks later, I received an email requesting I sign a new lease at a much higher rent. It was almost $300 more. I spoke with the management team, and they said it would get resolved, but every month I had to contact the manager because the payment amount on my account needed to be corrected. Last month, I… received an eviction notice for $2,598 of unpaid rent. (I have been in the apartment for about ten months). I contacted management again (this time in person), and they said they would get it handled and get my account fixed. They lied. I was greeted again today with another eviction notice. They delivered it on a Friday with Thursday's date to get past the three-day notice. I'll be at the office bright and early Monday morning.

Outside of that, they never get to work orders. I haven't had pegs in my cabinet since moving in, and I've dealt with a broken toilet for several months.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Not what it used to be

New management company is from New York. The bottom line seems to be all they care about. Seems nothing is put back into fixing the place. Parking lot drains will wreck your car. Security gate has been removed. Staff is rude and unprofessional and has a high turnover rate.
