Moving In Was Great

I've really enjoyed living in this community. Jameka moved me in and the office staff is always welcoming, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team does a great job keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. The community is quiet, and I appreciate how much the management team cares about the residents. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home, and I would definitely recommend… this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Terrible Apartments

Management is incompetent and refuse to actually upkeep their property my window has leaked every time it has rained for a month I now how water stains and possibly mold growing nobody has come by to fix it. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I moved in it is now three months later still nothing.

Paying top rate for a nasty/Unrenovated apartment.

Was forced to move in with 2 days left in the month so we wouldn’t get the promotion they were having the next month. Paying top rate! For an apartment that’s NOT renovated! No new flooring, no new appliances. Dish washer had dishes left in it! Oven looks like it haven’t been cleaned in YEARS! Refrigerator had MOLD! floors are DISGUSTING! No blinds! Outlets are not covered & we have young kids & babies here! Paint peeling already!! Air doesn’t work, wrong vent!!! Make sure to be on them about… touring before signing!!! I wouldn’t recommend. If you gone rush someone to move in and pay rent twice at least make sure the apartment is ready!
