Paying top rate for a nasty/Unrenovated apartment.

Was forced to move in with 2 days left in the month so we wouldn’t get the promotion they were having the next month. Paying top rate! For an apartment that’s NOT renovated! No new flooring, no new appliances. Dish washer had dishes left in it! Oven looks like it haven’t been cleaned in YEARS! Refrigerator had MOLD! floors are DISGUSTING! No blinds! Outlets are not covered & we have young kids & babies here! Paint peeling already!! Air doesn’t work, wrong vent!!! Make sure to be on them about... touring before signing!!! I wouldn’t recommend. If you gone rush someone to move in and pay rent twice at least make sure the apartment is ready!
