The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your own meals. A family of eight can be seated at the dining table overlooking the pool. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV, and also provides an extra place to sleep if needed. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed with a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower and luxurious soaking tub. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and Smart TV, and the other with bunk beds (one full and one twin mattress). The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet. In the fully fenced-in yard, you will find an in-the-ground pool and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a 200-square-foot pool house with an air mattress for additional sleeping space.
Pets are allowed for a $200 non-refundable pet fee and the pool can be heated for a small per stay fee. An electronic pool waiver must be signed prior to check-in and a waiver will need to be electronically signed for all people on the property.
