The property features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an industrial double-sized stainless steel refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your own meals. A family of eight can be seated at the dining table overlooking the pool. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and also provides an extra place to sleep if needed. The TV has YouTube TV, HBO Max, Peacock, and Hulu. Out back in the fully fenced-in yard, you will find an in-the-ground pool and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a 200-square-foot pool house with an air mattress if needing additional sleeping space.
Pets are allowed for a fee of $200. The pool heater can be turned on by request 48 hours before arrival for a fee and will be set at 80 degrees.
