This apartment complex is awful. The land lady is a terrible person to rent from. In the beginning she will have you think she cares, but in the end whenever you ask for help you get pushed to the side. Why is it that you have to beg the land lady to please spray for bugs. Why is it that majority of the tenants out here complain over and over about the conditions of the apartments, the bugs and how nothing ever gets fixed. One lady went more than 3 days with no air conditioning. Instead of… calling someone out, the land lady just puts ONE window unit inside the apartment.

This is not a quiet neighborhood nor is this a quiet apartment complex. The police are always out here. There's constant drama and drugs out here. People conjugate in front of the walkways to some apartment buildings and have no respect or consideration for any of the neighbors that have continuously and repeatedly asked to keep the loud conversations down, the loud music. Leaving trash everywhere, smoking dope, popping pills and selling drugs outside of this complex.

One of the maintanence men had a knife pulled on him by one of the tenants and hasn't been asked to leave. Homeless stay in these buildings and at night it looks and sounds like a night club. It's not a safe place for children, pets or any nice vehicles. There's always vandalism happening and the police NOR the land lady do anything about it.

The courtesy officer has a job to do, but has his authority underminded when he does his job as the courtesy officer out at this apartment complex. It's a headache and an embarrassment.

Sometimes people don't have a choice because this place will accept anyone. People get away with unpaid rent, late rent. If there's a complaint the land lady over looks it and if you confront her about it she will kick you off the property (trespass you). She also will take you off the lease without you knowing it as well, so pay attention whenever you go to sign the lease, make sure you get a copy of your lease because she doesn't like to give them out.
