The best experience so far. Nice and quiet neighborhood, smooth move in, etc. The staff is amazing always there to answer my questions when needed

Its been great but management hasnt been. When stuff happens they really dont care. I got charged a late fee when I have turned in my money. They just didn't check the box.

The Grand in Starkville does a poor job of maintaining amenities especially since they are paid for. The water bill comes out at the most inconvenient times and late fees are always add even though residents are not at fault for missed or late payments.

Everything is great but management. When you need something they really aren't accommodating. The pool is dirty and the hot tube you cant even get in. The gates also dont close.
