I think they are amazing. We lived in the Sawmill Point in Wilmington and we moved here a little over a month ago and feels like we have the exact same staff as before because they are so friendly and helpful. I’m glad we chose to transfer to this location. Y’all are amazing. Keep up the great work!

We have been residents of Bell Apex for 2 1/2 years and all of the staff always are attentive and always take time to visit and hear concerns( if any). We have always lived in a house and were not sure how moving to an apartment was going to be, but this community is great. There are nice amenities, it is quiet, people who live here are very nice, and our dog loves all her new friends( dogs and people).

Bell Apex current maintenance men are both are always very polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They come in do the job pertaining to one’s work order and they clean up behind themselves NEVER leaving a mess. They work as a team Steven and the other gentleman who’s name escapes me at the moment.

Everything’s great except the valet rules and the carpet being permanent unless you’re a new resident just moving in
