Do your research.

No lights in the bedrooms, no ceiling fans, cheap washer that barely washes your clothes. Hallways have stained carpet. You have to run your washer on bulk for every load, which is a waste of water. Depending on the building you will hear traffic all day and night. Oh did I forget I can hear the person upstairs walking all night long. Just do your research before moving in, something I didn't do. These "luxury" complexes need to do better. Very disappointed.
