A great place to live, quiet, peaceful, surrounded by woods, trails, rivers, lakes…Best location and maintenance ever. Love my porch and the views at dusk and dawn. It feels safe. Pet friendly. Ask for the larger 1 bedroom unit. Perfect if you are single but still want some space. Love the “real” laundry room, all the closets and bathroom. Orientation of your unit is important and can make a big difference for light, temperatures etc. I highly recommend.

My husband and I love living at the Inman apartments. We have renewed our lease twice now. It’s safe and the community is amazing. The front office team and maintenance team are super kind and very on top of making sure things run smoothly!

Been here for 7 years & haven't found any place else we would rather be in Raleigh. Our neighbors are great. We spend a lot of time with those who have dogs at the dog park.

Inman Park is well maintained. The management team is responsive and friendly. Accessing services through the resident portal is easy. The maintenance crews keep the property trimmed up and clean. Communication from the office regarding upcoming events is timely and helpful. I feel I am getting very good value for the rent I pay.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community such that I've renewed my lease! The neighbors are quiet, mature, and friendly.

Maintenance requests are completed in a VERY timely manner; although I have not had many because my apartment home is great!

The office staff is friendly as well. They offer numerous community activities for families, such as book clubs, drive-by bingo, and food trucks. What a way to support the community!
