The Peak at Nichols Plaza is a great place to live in. It’s clean, green, and has got all the amenities one wants. The staff are very kind and helpful. I get the requests looked into very quickly and up-to great satisfaction.

Great place to live ... I love everything except the washing machine does not have an agitator so clothes that are really soiled may not get cleaned.

What a breath of fresh air! New staff arrived and resolved the broken fixture without delay. Replaced my personal items the exact way they found them upon arrival. Both men gave me an overview of what would take place properly setting expectations (before) starting the repair. Both men answered all of my questions until I fully understood 'what' they'd done. I was given a chance to use the fixture to ensure it was in proper working order (before) they left. They were not in a rush to leave. I... was treated with respect from start to finish by both staff members.

I have been leaving at the peak for almost a year and I love it, it is a very quiet place and the team is amazing.
