The balcony looking out to the river & the dog park along its banks are pretty nice & everyone seems friendly. The complex is really close to all the things you would need...its like 10 minutes to almost everything. And my dog loves the dog park. The residents all seem friendly. Overall its really nice place to live so far - its only been a few weeks.

River Mill Lofts is a great community. There are plenty of opportunities to get to know neighbors if you wish. It’s a great location within Asheville and an awesome place to live if you love dogs!

Pretty Sweet Digs
Been here almost a year everyone is always super friendly and very pet friendly. Maintenance always responds quickly and office staff are always willing to help. Close to downtown, biltmore house and shopping within 5 minutes
