Great Property Lived here 5 years. Nestled in an excellent neighborhood within Family homes. Very close to Grocery stores, and shopping centers. Maintenance Manager is always on site and is wonderful! Highly recommend this Property. Very close to Charlotte Airport.

Review We’ve been here for 6 years and love our apartment. The management and maintenance are the best we’ve had in any apartment that we have rented.Very prompt ! Most neighbors are respectful of the others and easy to get along with. Had an extremely noisy one below me for a few years but they have moved on, so all is good! The new Loft living has been somewhat challenging but hopefully will get better with time . We love living here, it’s our home! ??

Don't move here unless you want to be watched by your neighbors 24/7 and have false complaints filed against you. Not to mention the management is constantly changing not to mention useless. You the the property manager the problems through email because they won't answer the phone but they do t answer emails either. If you have kids you will be persecuted and watched as if you were the most wanted criminal.dont have a dog you might get accused of abusing them and have police called on ypu for... no reason. Also the cop that lives there might corner you and again accuse of animal abuse and threaten to call cps on you. Not mention a lady in building 200 will tell you that there is assigned parking lots and that you need to fall in line because it about respect. Another neighbor will come outside and watch you and follow you to some extent just to stalk/watch you.
.oh also there online payment will charge you 50+ dollars each time as well. Also the place is riddled with roaches, flies, and fruit flies and ear wicks. They spray for pest and bugs but it does nothing you will see all the bugs the next day.avoid this place
