AC not working. Air conditioner not working
Put in a work order request on Sunday night.
Man called me was on vacation asked me to try doing a couple of things to get it working. It didn't work.
Put in another request for 1st thing Monday morning
Albert came to fix problem and discovered problem quickly.
He was very professional and fast to repair issue.
Problem handled quickly

Not a great experience We had several service visits regarding this issue. Jordan came out initially to drain the dishwasher, but the issue continued. He returned the following day and was excellent — he spent over an hour being very thorough, cleaning the dishwasher completely, and walking us through what he was doing. He also had us run a dishwasher cleaning tablet, but we continued to have standing water afterward.

I contacted the office again, and Wendy was helpful. She explained that... because the issue had continued through multiple visits, it was possible the dishwasher might need to be replaced, and she arranged for Albert to come out. Albert’s visit ultimately resolved the issue, and we have not had standing water since, which we appreciate.

However, we were disappointed with the communication during Albert’s visit. He made a few adjustments with a screwdriver, ran the garbage disposal, and left without explaining what he had done or what may have caused the issue. Since this was an ongoing problem with multiple service calls, we would have appreciated a brief explanation of the repair and any recommendations for preventing it from happening again. His manner also felt less welcoming than the previous technician’s, which affected our overall experience.

We appreciate the effort from the team, especially Jordan’s thoroughness and Wendy’s responsiveness, but clearer communication during the final visit would have made the experience much better.
