Good experience I’ve been with Gateway at Rock Hill going on 4 years now and have had mixed experiences but over all it has been pretty decent. The maintenance guy is really good and helpful anytime he’s needed, most of the office staff is very helpful and professional. I will say now that I’m on the first floor the neighbors aren’t very considerate of the tenants under them. Overall my experience hasn’t been bad at all but there is always room for improvement.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE, EVER!!!
Most unprofessional management. Refuses to resolve or even address any issues. Management (Wendy) if rude and resolves zero issues. Loud neighbors and management does nothing. Bugs!!, car vandalism, lack of respect from neighbors (parties all the time and no one does anything). Even if you bring up an issue, you are made to be the one who is now the issue. Cracked floors, lights missing, dogs always barking, etc. I have lived in places much cheaper and maybe not as nice from the outside, but at... least they had professional management and a peaceful place to come home to. The noise has gotten so bad that my kids have to stay with their Dad during the week because they are falling asleep in school and grades are dropping. I have never been so dissatisfied with my living experience. Trust me when I say, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! Look somewhere else!
