Amazing community/ family Jason and I are transplants from NYC and the moment we walked into the club house and met the staff we were sold. Everyone is Soo amazing. It truly feels like we live amongst family. All our neighbors now each other..we take care of each other and the peace is the biggest blessing of all. We have seen all the changes happening within Mills Creek and they are always striving to provide the best quality of living to their tenants. And it's truly appreciated. We know... SouthWood Realty has many properties but nothing compares to Mills Creek I in our opinion. The people who are managing here are truly special. I hope the other complexes strive to provide the one of a kind of service and care as they do here..

Great place to live

Lived at Mills Creek for one year. Michelle and Destiny, in the leasing office, were very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They did an excellent job coordinating any repair requests that arose. I would highly recommend this property. I relocated from the area which was the reason for moving. There’s also shopping and restaurants within walking distance. MW
