The Hominy

I’m used to living in a luxury apartment community. But as our previous place got really outdated we started to look where to relocate as well as for a new ( better) school for our kid. After a long search I chose the Hominy based on price/quality and location. Those units are modern and spacious and layouts are among the best of the recently built properties.
The office staff are professional and kind. The application and move in process was great.
The community is using a new generation... fiber internet which makes impossible to install a land line ( home phone) unfortunately. Everything else works great.
Valet trash is something new for us, still getting used to it. It is really helpful to have someone assist you with that. Although I still see neighbors leaving their trash bags sitting in the hallway staining the concrete floor, yuck!
The neighborhood is really diverse.
And at last-pet lovers. I thought I ran away from those poopers, lol, but no, they are everywhere! Please, pick up after your dogs! Read More

I am a recent transplant and new to the area. Management team made the experience wonderful and easy. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. 5 out of 5 stars! Would recommend this community to anyone looking in the area!

The Hominy has been an amazing place to live by myself for the first time. I’ve been able to accomplish many goals along with The Hominy being my first „grown-up“ place to live such as my first job, my first pet adoption, and my first car purchase. Great experiences will always be tied to The Hominy.

Maintenance is super responsive—they fixed my sink within 24 hours. The community is quiet, and I love the swimming pool and Gym as well as the club house amenities. Highly recommend!"
